Here’s a review of the iphone app “Lose It”


  1. I have a question….
    My approximate BMR (How many calories your body naturally burns in a day) is about 2100. My current plan limits me to about 1900, meaning my body should naturally burn about 200 calories a day, right?

    Now, if I stay, maybe 300 calories under my calorie limit, will I have burned 500 calories for that day?

  2. This app is the bomb. I've been using it for about a month and have lost close to 10 pounds already…you just have to make sure you are being totally honest about what you are eating and enter everything, and you can almost eat whatever you want.
